Paperboard, kraft paper, and specialty paper options can be selected according to the required strength, appearance, budget, and sustainability goals.
Most chocolate bar boxes are designed as secondary packaging for chocolate that is already wrapped in foil, film, or greaseproof paper. If the box, liner, or insert will directly contact the chocolate, please tell us your target market and contact requirements at the beginning of the project. We will review suitable food-contact material and printing options with you before production.
Yes. After the box dimensions and structure are confirmed, we can provide a blank dieline for your designer. Before production, we can also check essential details such as artwork size, bleed area, logo position, color settings, text placement, and the locations of foil stamping, embossing, or other finishes.
Yes. A blank structural sample can be used to check the size, fit, opening method, and assembly. A printed sample can be produced when you need to review the artwork, colors, materials, and finishing effects. Standard sample production normally takes 1–3 working days after the structure and artwork details are confirmed. Courier delivery time is additional.
Standard bulk production normally takes 7–10 working days after the final specifications are approved. The approved artwork or sample is used as the production reference, and key details such as printing color, surface finishing, die-cutting, folding, gluing, box structure, and packing condition are checked during production. Complex structures, multiple artwork versions, special finishes, or peak-season orders may require additional time.
Foldable chocolate bar boxes can normally be supplied flat-packed to reduce storage space and international freight volume. Boxes that require assembly or use more complex structures will be packed according to their construction. We use suitable export cartons and packing methods to help protect printed surfaces, corners, and box shapes during transportation. Shipping cost and transit time are quoted separately based on the destination, order volume, and preferred shipping method.
